GymOps Suite

GOS Fitness Group was running their gym operations across four disconnected tools — a CRM for members, spreadsheets for tasks, PDFs for SOPs, and a separate app for PT session tracking. Data was siloed, trainers were frustrated, and management had zero visibility.

We built GymOps Suite as a single platform that unified all four workflows. The lead pipeline tracks prospects from first contact through conversion with source attribution. Role-based dashboards give admins full visibility, sales reps their personal metrics, and trainers their session schedules. Multi-branch architecture with row-level security means each location sees only its own data. Bulk CSV import, real-time analytics, and a complete audit trail round out the system.
